What’s Happening? “Designed to Lead: Finding Your Energetic Flow in Business” is an immersive session that explores how human design can create new possibilities in business and life. Monica will guide us through the basics of Human Design and why knowing your energy type, strategy and authority can literally change your business and your life.
– Is curious about what a community offering could do for their business. >> I’ll show you examples of great communities and what it can do
– Has decided to launch a community, but struggling to know how to build it. >> I’ll show you the foundational steps to get you on the right path to building.
– Has a community, but it’s not growing or producing the results you want to see. >> You’ll get a better sense for if the type of community you are building is the best fit for your business.

About Monica Monfre Scantlebury: Monica Monfre Scantlebury is an educator, coach, and consultant. Her work focuses on transforming schools and classrooms through innovative teaching methods that incorporate wellness practices as a way to address teacher burnout. In 2017, she founded Teach Wellthy Coaching, partnering with companies to provide free yoga to teachers in New York City. She later transitioned to coaching and consulting with female entrepreneurs, helping them with visibility and client engagement for their online coaching programs. In her work she currently thought partners with leaders, exploring the intersection of education, burnout, and entrepreneurship. Her work has garnered attention from various media outlets including The New York Times, and she has spoken at events hosted by organizations like Luminary, Ellevate, and The Female Founder Collective.
