Join financial coach Elizabeth Michelle, marriage and divorce coach Kara Francis, and dating coach Lauren Fondriest for a candid panel discussion on how to talk about money at every stage of a relationship. We’ll also dive into the most taboo topics couples struggle to discuss—including prenups, financial imbalances, and financial infidelity—and share actionable strategies to approach these conversations with confidence, clarity, and care.

Elizabeth Michelle, Money Coach:
Elizabeth is a wine lover (big fan of New Zealand Sauv Blancs & Napa Cabs), avid reader (loved Throne of Glass), math nerd, loves puzzles, movie nights in, and would be a career traveler in another life.She left her corporate career after a layoff and it was the push she needed to focus on her passion, which is empowering women to take control of their finances.
Elizabeth is a Money Coach and Certified Personal Financial Wellness Consultant. She helps women achieve financial autonomy by not only providing practical tools to manage their finances but also fostering a healthy relationship with money, so they can stop avoiding it and start putting it to work for them!

Kara Francis, Marriage & Divorce Coach:
Kara Francis is a former divorce attorney turned Marriage & Divorce Coach. She has also personally been through marriage, divorce, and remarriage.
As a coach, she helps her clients prepare for marriage, revitalize their relationships, and (if necessary) confidently move forward with divorce.Kara helps her clients reconnect to themselves, release limiting beliefs (like the “shoulds” in life), and process the difficult emotions and obstacles that come up along the way to creating a marriage and life that feels authentically aligned with their true values and desires.
Lauren Fondriest, Women’s Dating Coach:
Lauren Fondriest is a Women’s Dating Coach who helps single women who are ready to find their dream partner but dating just isn’t working for them. Through one-on-one coaching, Lauren supports women who have created their own amazing, vibrant lives to date with confidence and intention to find the love of their life.
She is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and is fueled to help women date intentionally after experiencing her own struggles in dating before meeting her husband.
Curated Matches: Before the programming aspect of the event, each guest will engage in two curated 15-minute connections, handpicked just for them, based on bios submitted pre-event via this form.
