About Meghan:

Meghan Hardy is a fractional head of marketing and growth advisor who helps female-forward consumer brands stop throwing spaghetti at the wall and unlock sustainable ecommerce growth.

She’s been in the ecommerce space for nearly 20 years, working with scrappy startups, Fortune 50s, and everything in between. Her experience spans a variety of categories, including beauty, health & wellness, food & beverage, apparel, home goods, consumer tech, and subscription services.

In addition to her client work, Meghan loves teaching. She is a course developer and instructor for the University of Washington’s Digital Marketing Certificate program, and also teaches masterclasses on Meta Ads strategy, marketing performance management, and more geared towards early-stage founders, small business owners, and brand marketers who want to add growth to their toolkit.
