Join Caroline Vassiliades, a certified life transition coach and User Experience specialist, for a virtual workshop designed to help you assess where you truly stand in your career and how to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Using design thinking—a creative, problem-solving framework used in UX and business strategy—we’ll uncover actionable steps to help you realign with your career aspirations.
What is Design Thinking?
Design thinking is an innovative, iterative approach that allows you to test ideas and find what works. In this session, we’ll adapt it for career clarity and action through a life-coaching lens, helping you move from uncertainty to possibility.
What to Expect:
We’ll move through four key stages of design thinking, tailored to career reflection and transformation:
- Empathize: Identify what truly matters to you in a career—your values, motivations, and priorities. Through guided journaling and reflection, we’ll tap into what energizes you.
- Define: Pinpoint one career challenge or frustration you want to focus on during the session.
- Envision: Brainstorm new possibilities and generate potential solutions to shift your career in a fulfilling direction.
- Experiment: Turn your vision into action by mapping out small, achievable steps to test new career paths or improvements.
This is your chance to reset, realign, and reimagine a career that excites and fulfills you. Whether you’re feeling stuck, ready for change, or just curious about your next steps, this workshop will equip you with clarity, direction, and momentum.

Meet Caroline:
Caroline is a certified life and career transition coach with a passion for guiding young men and women through pivotal moments in their personal and professional journeys. With specialized training in positive psychology methodologies, Caroline helps her clients navigate uncertainty, move past obstacles, and gain clarity about what they truly want from their careers and lives.
Curated Matches:
Before the programming aspect of the event, each guest will engage in two curated 15-minute connections, handpicked just for them, based on bios submitted pre-event via this form.
