What’s Happening?
Join us for a mid-week release and recharge session to tune up your energy for the week! We’ll take a moment to pause and reconnect with ourselves, and invite the wisdom that we need. Using Reiki and meditation, this session will have you feeling grounded, inspired, and ready to be who you came here to be! You’ll also learn some great energy resetting techniques you can use in the moment going forward.

Allison KT is a highly sensitive earth sign with a penchant for helping people set boundaries & heal their people-pleasing. She’s a Boundaries and Mindset Coach for People-Pleasers and her clients often feel like “burnt out bright lights” in the world. Through her skills as an IPEC and ICF certified coach, Reiki Master, EFT Tapping practitioner, and most recently a certified Group Fitness Instructor, Allison helps people realize how strong they truly are.
